DUTIES:

Assisting physician leadership and management in the development of project plans including detailed metrics and tasks required to track the progress of corporate projects. Organizes, compiles, and reports on metrics related to various corporate projects (PCMH, MU2, PQRS). Organizes, coordinates and tracks requests and submissions of documents and information between the physician offices and business office (ex. Aetna PAF’s) related to corporate projects. In addition will be responsible to audit charts; design, create, modify and test queries; perform routine technical and analytical work; research, audit and analyze data using standard policies; and design dashboards related to projects and initiatives.

NextGen System Administration: creating, opening an editing scheduling templates; PM tasking audits and reporting; upgrade testing; coordination of super users testing; creating, editing and auditing recall process; monitoring and auditing the Phone Tree and Chart Guard process; assisting with new provider set up; new hire and employee transfers as it relates to groups for both EHR and EPM tasking; IT ticket follow-up; fee ticket and encounter form auditing, editing and creation.

Other: assisting with interview coordination, coordinating new hire paperwork (background checks and conditional hiring offers), PAC forms, MA certifications, etc. Creation of presentations, meeting minutes, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High school or GED required; intermediate to advanced MS Office product skills, knowledge of medical terminology and procedures; ICD-10 and CPT coding, insurance processes and MS Office literacy. Must have at minimum, 3 years previous experience in the business administration of the medical field; physician practice analytics reporting; excellent organizational and strong interpersonal skills; self-starter that requires minimal supervision; good verbal and written communication skills and ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet staffing needs.
