DUTIES:

Private healthcare company located in W. Ft. Worth is currently seeking to fill our Benefits Coordinator Assistant/Admin. Assist position. This position will be responsible to handle company benefits for all physicians and staff. This will include enrollment, termination of benefits, knowledge of insurance regulations, reconciling invoices, responding to questions, orientation to new hires and data entry into the HRMS system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledgeable in company benefits to include medical, dental, vision, short term and long term disability, voluntary and individual life, pet insurance and 401(k). Strong Microsoft office skills required including Word and Excel. This position will serve as the primary backup for our Benefits Coordinator but also float to assist in other areas of the HR/Administrative Department. Back-up for the receptionist will also be required.
